Nowhere in the world takes drinking as seriously as Vegas does. If that’s not a fact, then it ought to be one!
If you’re traveling from far and wide to Las Vegas, you don’t have to limit yourself to just shows, bougie restaurants, casinos, and nightclubs — you could also check out all the cool cocktail bars all over the city!
There are hundreds if not thousands of bars in Las Vegas, but not all of them are built equally. Cocktail bars and lounges are some of the most interesting places to drink! Yes, there are a lot of them, but which ones are actually worth your time?
After 10+ years of exploring Vegas (and still going strong!), we’ve weeded out the lame spots from the truly “worth it” ones to bring you our list of cocktail bars in Vegas worth checking out for your guys night out.
We’ve got The Laundry Room for those who want a truly great speakeasy experience, Latin nights at Mama Rabbit, rooftop vibes at Foundation Room, and so much more.
The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails
Where: The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
Get groomed and get your drink on at The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, where retro vibes meet modern mixology! This Las Vegas speakeasy is exactly what you’d guess it is… a barbershop by day and a swanky bar and lounge by night.
To access the bar, head into the barbershop and find the white “Janitor” door by the restrooms. Then, enter! You’ll immediately be transported to a luxurious feeling prohibition-era bar that offers a wide selection of whiskeys.
Live bands perform every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They also have Faded Karaoke nights on Tuesdays if that’s more your style.
Vesper Bar
Where: The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
Vesper Bar is where contemporary flair meets classic elegance. It’s almost got Great Gatsby or James Bond vibes, but with pops of reds and blues everywhere!
Surrounded by mirrored tiles and neon accents, with waves of gilded gold overhead, this bar offers a stylish setting for any night out. Sip on a signature cocktail from their menu of timeless classics and innovative creations, or choose from an extensive list of wines by the glass and bottled beers.
Don’t miss the exclusive Rare Character Whiskey selection, featuring four unique bottles crafted just for The Cosmopolitan.
Easy’s
Where: ARIA Resort & Casino
For those with a passion for live music, speakeasies, and finely crafted cocktails, Easy’s Cocktail Lounge is a must-visit. Tucked away behind an unassuming donut shop, this hidden gem offers an intimate environment with a classic vibe reminiscent of the 1920s.
Easy’s is a whole vibe. It’s a beautifully crafted space featuring plush velvet seating and a throwback energy that instantly makes you feel part of a secret society. There’s live music nightly, which helps to turn things up and set the mood! Genres of live music performances range from jazz to blues and everything in between.
The drinks here are next level. Expect elusive spirits new to the market and perfectly poured cocktails exclusive to Easy’s, all designed by a master mixologist. If you’re open to splurging, get something off the Showstoppers menu — these whimsical cocktail creations will set you back $50 a pop, but they’re going to be unforgettable that’s for sure.
Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge
Where: Resorts World
There are at least 15 bars all spread out throughout Resorts World, which is a lot of bars for one resort! One of the bars that we find more interesting (if you like island-inspired drinks) is the Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge.
This little oasis will transport you to an exotic paradise.. and you don’t even need to leave Vegas for it. Once you’re inside, you’ll find yourself surrounded by lush greenery, bamboo accents, and an atmosphere that’ll transport you to the Polynesian islands.
The Golden Monkey Tiki Lounge is located near the front desk of the Hilton/Conrad at Resort’s World.
PRO TIP: When you arrive, don’t be surprised when you walk into the upscale and darkly-lit atmosphere. This is “modern tiki”. For real traditional Tiki, you can head off-strip to two of our favorite tiki spots: Golden Tiki in Chinatown or Frankie’s Tiki Room on Charleston!

The Laundry Room
Where: Inside Commonwealth, Downtown Las Vegas
First off, if you’ve never heard of Commonwealth, it’s a popular nightlife spot in DTLA known for its loud music, dance parties, and live DJs. The nights can get pretty wild here, I’ll tell ya that much!
But tucked away behind a hidden door at Commonwealth is The Laundry Room, an intimate speakeasy that exudes vintage charm and will feel worlds away from the party in the front of the place.
Originally part of the historic El Cortez casino’s laundry facility, this cozy bar seats just 22 guests and operates by reservation only.
You’ll find a menu of creative cocktails with intriguing names like The Deadpan and Arsenic Meets Lace, or you can work with the bartender to craft a bespoke drink tailored to your specific tastes. If you can follow the strict house rules—no cell phones, no photography, and definitely no brawling—you’ll have a totally stellar time out with the guys here.
On The Record
Where: Park MGM
On the Record is a love letter to long-lost music hubs of the past. It’s one of the newer venues in Las Vegas and makes for an exciting way to spend your night out with the boys in Vegas.
You’ll find this retro-inspired lounge at Park MGM, where a hidden entrance behind a record store leads to a speakeasy-like club. This super laidback venue, designed by nightlife gurus Jonnie and Mark Houston, has both indoor and outdoor spaces and is made up of three distinct rooms.
The main room is where you’ll find the large dance floor, while the indoor lounge is where you wanna go to relax with cozy seating, enjoy world-class cocktails, and have intimate conversations. Lastly, the outdoor patio provides a refreshing break from the indoor shenanigans!
While it’s not as high-end or elevated as some of the other cocktail bars you’ll find in Vegas, it’s a great spot to check out if you’re looking for a more casual night out with your crew!
Mama Rabbit
Where: Park MGM
The glowing neon lights will lure you in, but the great drinks and loud music from the DJ booth will keep you there!
Mama Rabbit is an ode to Oaxacan culture. Bricia Lopez serves up a menu of tequilas, mezcals, and craft cocktails as well as drool-worthy small bites such as tacos and molé. They do offer a few non-tequila/mezcal drinks, along with beer and wine for those in your group who aren’t tequila people.
Don’t miss their Latin Nights on Thursdays! Stop in for cheap beverage specials and live Latin music, going on from 10pm – 2am.

Ski Lodge
Where: The Cosmopolitan
The Ski Lodge will transport you to a cozy alpine retreat no matter what the weather is outside. It can be a Christmas in July escape for you — if you know where to find it.
With its cabin-style decor and warm, inviting atmosphere, this winter-themed speakeasy lounge captures the essence of the world’s finest ski resorts.
Once inside, you’ll be greeted with the city’s most sophisticated cocktail and pizza program, curated by renowned mixologists Leo Robitschek and Mauro Villalobos, and crafted by Chef Anthony Falco.
To get there, head to the second floor of the Chelsea Tower next to Superfrico. Look for a door that exudes… winter skiing vibes. Like a door plaque that has a man skiing. Just remember, this winter-themed bar is open to guests 21 and over only.
PRO TIP: Speaking of Superfrico, this spot is ALSO another really cool spot to check out! With live performances all throughout the establishments, you’re going to get a whole experience. It’s a restaurant first and foremost, but you can stop in just for drinks.
Skyfall Lounge
Where: Mandalay Bay
If you’re searching for a rooftop bar to relax at after a long day of exploring, there’s no better place than Skyfall Lounge. Perched on the 64th floor of the Delano Las Vegas tower of Mandalay Bay, this sophisticated lounge offers good food, good drinks, good vibes, and panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline.
In addition to epic Strip views, expect dramatic interiors, chilled-out music, creative plates, and artisan cocktails. Enjoy the laid-back atmosphere, while the resident DJs spin easygoing tunes and eclectic beats on Friday and Saturday nights.
The Skyfall menu is a collaboration between Chef Alain Ducasse and the Skyfall bar team — so you know they put some thought into creating the menu! Light bites and shareables are served until 10:30PM.
Foundation Room
Where: Mandalay Bay
Another upscale cocktail bar experience at the Mandalay Bay is the Foundation Room, a sister venue of House of Blues. Foundation Room is a luxurious rooftop venue on the 63rd floor with cushy seating and wooden walls, accented by overhead chandeliers. It’s a whole vibe up there.
Once you make your way up to the tippy-top of the hotel, you can choose to relax in the indoor lounge area or step outside to the outdoor patio for a true Vegas experience.
The Foundation Room features live music and entertainment, with a lineup of talented DJs and performers. If you’re looking for a more exclusive experience, you can reserve a private room or table for your group.
You can choose to pair your epic Las Vegas Strip views with food or drink, or both! You can of course expect drinks to be great, but the food here is also super creative and delicious.
